Village Egg Bank Wins 3rd Place in RAN-Stanford Pitch Competition

The Egg Bank team has participated in a workshop hosted by the Makerere University School of Public Health ResilientAfrica Network (RAN) in partnership with the Stanford University Change Labs. The workshop was aimed at Advancing Innovations and was held at the RAN office in Kololo, Kampala. As part of the workshop, the team participated in a pitch competition mainly for the purpose of getting feedback related to the Egg Bank's business model. 

The Egg Bank team took 3rd place in the competition and was awarded a cash prize of $300 to continue remodeling or improving the project in preparation for scale.
